Job Description:

Senior Accountant responsibilities include producing timely and accurate accounting reporting for assigned REIT investment portfolios. The individual is also responsible for performing the initial review of the daily and monthly deliverables through the running of daily controls, trial balance preparation and analytical analysis. The instrument scope of investments includes, but is not limited to, fixed income securities (including MBS, ABS), exchange traded derivatives, loans and repurchase agreements. Position Responsibilities:

  • Perform the daily and monthly processing, reconciliation, and reporting functions for traditional and complex asset types.

Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

The Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) will be responsible for managing the cyber and physical security policies and communications as well as managing the Firm’s Business Continuity Disaster Recovery program.    Successful candidates will have a strong background in one or more of the above areas. He/she will report directly to the Chief Administrative Officer and indirectly to the General Counsel.

  • Consult with the General Counsel, CAO and CIO in the development and maintenance of cyber and physical security processes. Develop sound physical security policies, standards procedures and guidelines to ensure physical safety of employees and visitors and assist in their implementation firm wide.
  • Collaborate with senior staff including in the building and testing of BC/DR efforts, consistent with ISO22301 standards. Set the schedule for and lead all BC/DR efforts.  Report on current statuses to senior firm management.
  • Insure security best practices are applied and effectively administered, overseeing the ISO27001 and Safe Harbor processes. Devise policies and procedures regarding areas such as business continuity planning, fraud prevention, and privacy.

Responsibilities:

-          Review fund documents (indenture/IMAs), model and maintain fund specific compliance tests and performance within the clients proprietary models

-          Shadow CLO trustees on Trustee monthly report recon and review process

-          Generate and provide daily or as needed, compliance reports for non-CLO funds for clients

-          Model and calculate CLO waterfalls, shadow Trustee on waterfall review process

-          Run and validate pre-trade/hypo testing reports and results upon request for new trades

-          Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis upon request, and when needed

  • The Project Manager will help lead the Legal Entity Rationalization (LER) and Qualified Financial Contracts (QFCs) workstreams for Recovery and Resolution Planning (RRP). The Project Manager will ensure that initiatives are completed as requested by the Program Director, the senior management of the (RRO), and the regulators.
  • The contract Project Manager will be responsible for proactively identifying and tracking project risks (i.e., risks related to technology, change management, procurement, business process management, and requirements management), appraising senior management of those risks, and developing risk mitigation plans. Business Analyst/Legal

The Business Analyst (BA) is responsible for the delivery of high quality technology products that result in an exceptional user experience. In pursuit of this goal, the BA will partner with business stakeholders to understand how the business operates, its goals and process and create requirements that are robust and comprehensive in describing how to solve for the business goal through technology innovation. The BA is an owner with accountability for excellent technology that propels the business forward.

Position Requirements:
